Ochudo Trail (Oniwa/Okuniwa)

This is a course that starts from Subaru Line 5th Station to the Osawa Collapse. A walking trail is available which is easy to traverse without too many inclines. It’s popular for its view of pine trees, the peak of Mt. Fuji and the spectacular view of the world below. From the 5th Station, it takes about 70 minutes on foot to reach Oniwa (an uninhabited mountain hut). To reach the Osawa Collapse takes about another 2 hours. After a walk of about 40 minutes, you can enjoy a stroll around Okuniwa which has plenty of nature.
