Kobe Half Day Itinerary (Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum & Kiku Masamune Sake Brewery Museum)

The building that had been used at the founding of this brewery at the beginning of the 20th century has been renovated with the recreation of the old-fashion sake brewing process. The manufacturing of sake is exhibited in an easy-to-understand manner. After the tour, you can sample some sake as well.

A memorial hall in tribute to a famed Japanese sake brewery with over 350 years of history. The tools that were used at the very beginning of the company’s founding are on display and the origins of sake brewing are explained. Sake tasting and popular sweets can also be sampled.
