This is a memorial hall dedicated to Masamune Kiku, Japan’s top sake brewer. First founded in 1659, the museum displays the sake brewing equipment and tools of the time that have been designated nationally as Important Tangible Folk-Cultural Properties and relates the origins of sake brewing. The sake-tasting corner and the in-store sweet known as Sakagura Soft-Serve Ice Cream are also popular.
