Kawaguchi-ko Station

A station on the Fujikyuko Line, it handles trains bound for Tokyo and Otsuki. In addition, climbs up Mt. Fuji start from the front of the station, there are local/excursion buses which are convenient for tours of the Fuji Five Lakes area and long-distance express buses. During tourist season, many people use this central station for Mt. Fuji tours close to Lake Kawaguchi while looking up at the mountain.
