The best store in Tokyo, Hands down!
I love visiting Tokyu Hands, but for whatever reason, the Shibuya branch is the best. A bigger shop with more floors, more sections, and more cool and crazy gifts, Tokyu Hands in Shibuya is the perfect place to explore weird Japanese toys, seek out strange English translations, and enjoy seasonal shopping (right now there is a huge section for Halloween costumes).
