This tea house has a great view of Matsushima Bay (and great tea too!). We sat here for a bit to rest in late Fall and enjoyed tea, the view, and a refreshing breeze.
The noise of the city disappeared as soon as I entered this place. You get to sit and relax with a cup of green tea while enjoying the great view of the ocean. Just peaceful!
I wish the announcement in the place had been softer though.
