See all the crafts of Saitama Prefecture such as dolls, furniture, and textiles. The workshops are also fun!

You can see 30 traditional handicrafts from 20 areas of Saitama prefecture. Various demonstrations and workshops are held here throughout the year. You can even experience making the famous Ogawa “washi” (Japanese traditional paper) at the “washi” paper workshop.

The “Washi Paper Remaking Seminar” at the washi workshop runs from 9:30am to 3pm Advance reservations are mandatory for groups of 10 or more Participation in the experience seminars requires a separate charge
