There is plenty to do at the top of Mt. Rokko. Of course the night view over Kobe is the most stunning point. However, there is also a botanical garden, hotels and skiing during the winter months. There are several restaurants where you can enjoy your meal while looking at the view. The cable car ride to the top is also a fun experience.
