Along with a tour of the sailing vessel, Nippon Maru, which was built as a training ship in 1930, the museum is also a place where you can learn about the history of Yokohama Bay. Even on rainy days, you are able to take your time at the museum and on the ship tour.

This is a museum which was built in tribute to Momofuku Ando, the inventor of instant ramen. The most popular attraction is My Cup Noodles Factory where you can choose your own seasonings and ingredients to create your own original Cup Noodles. The weekends are especially crowded so that the numbered tickets to get into the attractions completely sell out. Therefore, it’s recommended to get tickets as soon as you enter the museum.

The 100-year-old Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse was renovated so it is now an event space where you can also enjoy shopping and dining as a fashionable hot spot. The night illumination at the warehouse is also a popular feature. Take the Sea Bass departing Pier Akarenga to head for JR Yokohama Station.
