Kawabata Shopping Arcade is an area filled with around 130 shops within an area spanning 400m. In addition to specialty shops and souvenir stores native to Hakata selling goods such as Hakata ningyo dolls, brand-name confections, religious objects and lanterns, there are also dining establishments where you can get a taste of the local cuisine.
