Perfect place to visit on a rainy day. There is plenty of street food (rice crackers, sweets, drinks, etc) you can try and lots of shopping. You can also do some interesting people-watching here.
You can shop anything anytime any weather in this mall! My favorite part is to get some sweets from a store and shop while doing walk-and-eat!
Ramen and beef tongue are always great after shopping here~
