Prepare yourself for a lot of hiking. On paths covered with stones. Jump from stone to stone without falling into the river. Climp on the next stone to get higher to the top.
But I think everyone can do it. I am not doing sports often. I never hiked before. I had no equipment (except for an umbrella which was usefull as a walking stick) and I managed to reach the Mononoke forrest.
There is an undescrible atmosphere here. Even if you don't believe in ghosts at all, you get the feeling like something much older and much more powerful than you is just around the corner in the mist.
