Compared to the traditional onigiri with its light additions of pickled plum, salmon flakes and konbu seaweed, having the out-of-the-ordinary shrimp tempura added to the rice ball is enough to whet the appetite. The slightly salty shrimp goes well with simple white rice.

The best kind of omusubi that you can get
I work part time at an Omusubi restaurant. I made these kind of stuff and this is my favorite menu! On top of the juicy shrimps, they usually put some "tare" sauce to add more taste
