Taipien

The taste of China brought over by overseas settlers. It is a mild soup with glass noodles and plenty of vegetables

Taipien is a form of chuukamen (Chinese-style noodle soup) that was once eaten by overseas Chinese settlers into Japan but then arranged into a Japanese style. Thin glass noodles, seafood, meat and lots of vegetables are added into the mild-tasting soup for a low-calorie and healthy dish.
