A specialty of Muroto, fresh kinme is seared over a grill, and with sashimi of the season, they are placed on hot rice to create a sumptuous bowl. It can be eaten as is or as a chazuke (hot tea over rice) with stock poured over the dish as a famous and delicious meal of Muroto.
