Hato Sable

Using plenty of butter for that pristine taste. Kamakura-born biscuits made in the shape of a pigeon

View Gallery
The Hato Sable of Toshima-ya, a long-standing Japanese-style confectionary shop founded in 1894, has the motif of a pigeon in keeping with Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu Shrine. The pristine taste and butter aroma make Hato Sable appropriate for teatime and is the ideal souvenir.

Soooo good!
Those are one of my favorite Japanese biscuits! Its so good you can eat an entire box by yourself! They always have a big line going outside the shop as it is very popular but trust me, it is worth the wait!
