Hi Alan,

Maybe I can help you with this one.

1- The most practical way of  getting from Haneda to Westin Hotel is definitely by train because you only need to do one train change, you can see in this map:
https://goo.gl/maps/cihqzSdbZF72
You take the Keukyu like from Haneda airport until Shinagawa > Then you change to the JR Yamanote line in Platform 2 and stop in Ebisu Station, which is 900m away from your Hotel.

If you prefer a bus, you can also take a Bus from Haneda Airport Bus Termina 2 and stop in Ebisu. Here you can see the time tables, where to buy and maps:
http://www.haneda-airport.jp/inter/en/access/bus.html

2- As for your other trips, seems like you'll be taking a lot of long train rides from JR lines, or even Shinkansen. I definitely recommend you to get a JR pass, you will save a lot of money.

You can take a look at this question here: Info on the JR pass:
https://planetyze.com/en/japan/forum/japan/travel-tips/info-on-the-jr-pass

Since you'll be going to Nikko, I found this question that may be useful to you as well:  Getting to Nikko with the JR Pass:
https://planetyze.com/en/japan/forum/japan/travel-tips/getting-to-nikko-with-the-jr-pass

And once you arrive in a city and change from Train to Metro, in most cases you can still use the JR pass for the metro, this person also asked about it: Train Transfer from JR to Metro:
https://planetyze.com/en/japan/forum/japan/travel-tips/train-transfer-question-%7C-jr-to-metro
This blog in Triplelights will teach you everything about how to get the best of your JR pass:

Besides the JR pass, I recommend buying an IC card. These cards are just little cards that you can put money on them and use to ride trains (without the need to buy tickets every time). You can also use them in vending machines and Konbinis (convenience stores).
In Tokyo, you can get either the Suica or the Pasmo. Both are the same and you buy them in the same machine you would buy the tickets, look for a machine with a pink or green "Suica" or "Pasmo" written on them. You can click for the English instructions and buy one.
Once you finish your trip in Japan ( you can use it all across Japan), you can return it to any JR operator (the little guards) and they will buy it back from you for 500 ien + any money you still had left in the card.

3- About your ride to Hiroshima Airport from Sheraton, the best is to take the Limousine bus.
you can check the options on their website, they only say about coming, but the route to go is the same:
http://www.sheraton-hiroshima.jp/en/access
You can also ask your hotel when you arrive there and they will help you for sure.

But for the limousine bus, yo can take it very near your hotel Sheraton, as you can see on this map:
https://goo.gl/maps/p5pBZfU7duE2
The station nearest to Sheraton (200m) is the: Hiroshima-eki Shinkansen-guchi (Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit).

You can check the timetables here: http://www.hij.airport.jp/timetable/access/timetable.pl?operation=detail&mode=en&kbn=1&grp=2
And you can use the IC card to pay for the bus as well.

I hope this was very useful to you! ? if yes, please recommend planetyze forum to a friend so he can ask questions or join the community ok?

Have fun!
