Reaching up to the sky
The Tokio sky tree and the shopping center next to it all feel really modern. The view from the top of the sky tree is trully amazing, but you need to be there early to get tickets there and even then it is a lot of waiting in lines to actually get up, and even to get down. The first time I went over to the sky tree there was an traditional Japanese dance show which was very amazing unfortunately because of that there was no chance of getting up to the top of the tower because of the lines. If you want to see the whole tokyo from the sky or you like shopping but do not mind standing in line, then the Sky tower is for you.

Waiting, Shopping, Enjoying
If you're planning to go to the Skytree, I definitely recommend to go in the morning to pick up your waiting line tickets. On the tickets is a time frame written down when you can come back to buy your ticket. In the mean time you can go to the foot of the Skytree and do shopping in mall. I liked the mall, it was big and modern, but very crowded as well. In the end the view from the Skytree was quite stunning, but the ticket prices a little steep. Definitively worth a try when your vacation in Tokyo!

A very beautiful and expensive view!
Are you looking for the best view in Tokyo? Do you like spending a fair amount of Yen to see it? Then look no further! Skytree has you covered! Skytree is sure to drain you of all your sadness and a moderate amount of your Yen. Around 2570 Yen according to my sources (Don't quote me on that). While this is a moderately high price, you're on vacation right? You only have to see it once! So in that mindset, its definitely worth the view! I can guarantee you, that unless you own a helicopter, or want to spend the money on one, that TOKYO SKY-TREE has the best view in all of Tokyo!

Best view in whole Tokyo from the highest building in whole Tokyo!
You may think that it is very expensive to go up the Skytree. It is! But if you want to have the best overview on everything, especially on things far away like the Mt. Fuji, then Tokyo Skytree is the right place to be. But make sure that the weather is clear and cloudless, otherwise Mt. Fuji will hide behind the clouds. I'll also recommend to go there during sunset - it's very beautiful to see the city in red and orange.

A stunning piece of architecture in the sky
My visit to Tokyo Skytree was on a cloudy day. This, of course, completely my fault and my choice. I was somewhat disappointed to find that the entrance fee remained the same, despite the weather. The only upside though was that there was absolutely no queueing, and I got to enjoy cloud obstructed views all to my self. The area around Tokyo Skytree features a village of restaurants and stores, a great distraction after looking at Tokyo from the tallest tower in the world. In winter, illuminations make Skytree a delight to look at, and, I doubt I will ever get bored of looking up in awe at the tower as it looms over the skyline.
