Nice area, a little busy
A visited a few museums in Shinagawa, and had a good time at both (despite it raining every time I visited!) Also, because Shinagawa is on the Shinkansen line, there are a lot of great restaurants in and around the train station. A little busy at times, for the same reasons as above, but a nice area to explore and enjoy a traditional side of Japan juxtaposed with modern Tokyo.
