The U-don is another halal Japanese restaurant located in the Kansai International Airport on the 2nd Floor. The food in The U-don is Halal-certified by the Malaysian Halal Consultancy & Training Agency (MHCT), now you can eat this authentic Japanese cuisine without worry. The style of this restaurant is self-service, meaning that you build your own udon bowl by picking the size, the topping, and the side dish, you can also add additional seasonings like red peppers, green onions, ginger, etc, and just like other Japanese restaurants, you put back the dish to the designated place. The price range for a bowl of soba here is around 450 yen - 780 yen, still friendly to your wallet and you get to enjoy the authentic Japanese udon.

This one is yet again another one of the halal restaurants located on the 3rd floor of Kansai International Airport, and like its 2 other neighbors, it is also Halal-certified by the Malaysian Halal Consultancy & Training Agency (MHCT). Other than soba, this restaurant also serves halal curry dishes. The price range of the food sold here is 194 Yen - 960 Yen. This restaurant is open from 11 am - 10 pm with the last order at 9:30.

Uemachi & EU(Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka)
Uemachi and EU are two Halal restaurants located in the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka, which is known as one of the Muslim-friendly hotels in Osaka. They provide Muslim-friendly breakfast buffet menu along with halal bento. The food is Halal-certified by the Kyoto Muslim Association. Although to enjoy the halal bento here, you have to reserve 3 days in advance since only 20 are available each day.

Ganko Osaka Houzenji
Ganko Osaka Houzenji is one of the restaurants in the chain of traditional Kyoto cuisine and what’s better is that this restaurant offers 3 Halal bento-set menus, Halal-certified by Kyoto Muslim Association, which means Muslim travelers can now enjoy this traditional cuisine. Here you can dine in a fully traditional atmosphere. The menus here come with a set of hot-pots, and although this restaurant also serves non-halal meals and alcohol, the handling and the making of the foods are completely separated and the staffs are well-informed about Halal-food. Note that you also have to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance for the Halal menus. The price ranges from 3564 yen to 8316 yen for a set of Halal bento. Minokichi Shinsaibashi
Just like Ganko Osaka Houzenji, Minokichi Shinsaibashi is also a restaurant specializing in serving Kyoto’s traditional cuisine. The restaurant itself started out as a vegetarian restaurant when it opens in the 18th century. Now serving varieties of seafood and meat, the restaurant still does not serve pork and has acquired a halal certification from the Kyoto Council for Sharia and Halal Affairs. Halal menus will be served with a reservation at least 2 days in advance. The price for the menu here ranges from 2700 to 9257 yen. This restaurant is located 3 minutes by foot from Shinsaibashi Station.
