Take some time
Kenchoji Temple is really huge, so take some time to discover it. If you like you can use it as a starting point for the Northern hiking trail.

Pretty good. 3.5 stars if I could
Compared to the other Buddhist temples. This one is huuuuuge (By comparison). It's a pretty relaxing place. Go and have a stroll, look at some old buildings, read some stuff on history. Yay temples! The garden area is a nice place to sit and chill and forget about things such as Natto *Shudder* It didn't exactly blow me away, but if you're in the area I recommend checking this place out. They even have a souvenir shop, where you can possibly buy a silly shirt you will never wear! Woo! Peaceful. 3.5 stars.
