Thick, rich broth
If you're a fan of pork broth, then this is the ramen for you. Its soup is quite thick and has a strong taste. It is also quite oily. I personally like this kind of soup, but eating more than occasionally would be too much for me. It has a great taste and is a good combination with the thick noodles that it's usually paired with.
