Head up to TOKYO CITY VIEW, the rooftop observatory of Roppongi Hills. There is the spectacular night view of Tokyo Tower right in front of your eyes. The tower is illuminated from twilight deep into the evening and it’s recommended to see the town enveloped in the lights right at the beginning. The open-air observatory on the highest floor packs a wallop! Have your dinner within Roppongi Hills or in the surrounding area.
