It’s the seemingly mismatched ingredients that make it delicious! Sweet bean stew and little shrimp tempura are brought together as an okonomiyaki

Flour is mixed in with water, and then cabbage and red kidney beans are added into the batter before being fried on top of a hot plate. Finally, little shrimp tempura and egg are included to create this distinctive Tokushima okonomiyaki. The sweet beans and spicy sauce are exquisite!
