Delicious somen noodles created from the ships crossing the Yoshino River and the cold winds from the Shikoku Mountains

This unique and tasty somen was born from the transportation of its ingredients via boats traversing the river and the plethora of clear streams and the cold winds blowing down from the mountain range. The noodles which are fairly thick compared to average noodles have a good elasticity and a smooth taste.
