Tsuyama Hormon Udon

Tender and crunchy offal make a fine match with udon noodles!

A local delicacy from the city of Tsuyama that has related the cuisine of beef since ancient times. Horumon, the innards of a cow, is fried with vegetables and udon which are then covered in a special sweet-and-spicy sauce similar to the sauce used for yakiniku (grilled beef). Piping hot is the best way to eat it!
