Miwa somen, the famed product made from flour, salt and the soft water of Miwa, consists of extremely fine noodles with a velvety mouth feel and an even better texture. The noodles which have a firm bite that doesn’t easily crumble can be used deliciously in either reimen (cold noodles) or nyu-men (hot noodles).
