The flight duration is about 2 hours between Haneda Airport and Kagoshima Airport and 2h15 between Narita and Kagoshima Airport. Regular one way fares for ANA and JAL flights cost 46,390 yen but you can very easily find tickets for a lot cheaper. Flying from Haneda will involve first taking either the JR Yamanote line or the JR Keihin Tohoku line from Tokyo Station to Hamamatsucho Station before transferring to the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport.
