Unusual places to see in Tokyo

Looking for weird things to do in Tokyo. It's my 3rd time in Tokyo so I've already seen the main sightseeing spots like Asakusa, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo SkyTree, Shibuya, Harajuku. I'd like to see some places that local Japanese people go to, and not touristy spots.

There are a bunch of themed restaurants that you might want to try like the robot restaurant or the Ninja restaurant. If you like Ghibli, then the Ghibli Museum is definitely a place you want to take the time to go to.
