Enoshima Kamakura Free Pass
Also, if you plan to explore the Enoshima area, we recommend you consider the Enoshima Kamakura Free Pass issued by Odakyu. The free pass will not only get you a round trip from Shinjuku station to Kamakura but also unlimited access to the Enoden trains and preferential tariffs for numerous restaurants and shops in Kamakura for no more than 1,470 yen. There is the extra cost of 400 yen for the return fare from Tokyo to Shinjuku, but that still leaves you at 1,870 yen, as compared to 1,840 yen if you took the JR. In other words, for just 30 yen extra you can get free unlimited usage of the Enoden trains. The only downside to this special offer is that the trip will take you longer (about 90 minutes eachway).
